Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective outboard motor, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.

  2. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is received before the order is processed and shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  3. Return of Unused Items: If you have received your outboard motor and wish to return it for a refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

    • The return request is initiated within [number of days] days from the date of delivery.
    • The outboard motor is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • All included accessories, manuals, and documentation are returned in their original condition.

Refund Process:

  1. Return Authorization: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package containing the returned item(s). Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for the return shipment.

  2. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Eymard & Sons is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Items that are returned without a valid RMA number.
  • Items that are returned beyond the specified return period.
